Tip 1
The format of your cover letter should match the look and feel of your resume. The way you write the name and contact information on the resume, should look and be written on the cover letter. This will let the human resource person that these two documents go together.
After contact information, the next field should be the name of hiring per person, say “Dear Mr John” if not sure then could be Dear Sir/Mam or Dear Manager.
Tip 2
Include a strong introductory paragraph, the position you are applying for, and exhibit the passion for the company / why you are the suitable person for this position, why you want to work for this company and the position you’re applying for.
Tip 3
Show them that you are the solution in the second paragraph, explain how your skills and expertise are the perfect matches for the position. Pinpoint your most relevant qualifications and your most important career accomplishments. Discuss them in detail about the position and how you are the solution the company is looking for.
Tip 4
Share your story, explain your skills and talents in action and how it relates to the position you are applying for. Give clear and correct examples of your greatest accomplishments more than ever you need to show your reader. who you really are. You could even include funny story humour is a great way to captivate your audience.
Tip 5
Give a call to action in the final paragraph of the cover letter that includes a clear and concise conclusion. Write warm regard and then sign your name.
