We organize admissions to Colleges and Universities in Australia for both overseas and onshore students, deliver online English language classes, and assist with visa applications through our onsite Registered Immigration Consultants.

1. Eligibility

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • All information you submit is true, accurate, and complete;
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Our primary Services include:

  • Admissions Services: Assisting students with applications and enrollment into Australian Colleges and Universities.
  • English Classes: Providing online English language training programs.
  • Immigration Consulting: Assisting students and their family members with visa applications through Registered Migration Consultants.

We act as a facilitator for students’ admissions and visa processes. We are not responsible for the final decisions made by educational institutions or government bodies.

3. Commission Disclosure

We receive commissions from the educational institutions based on the fees students pay to them. Our admissions consultation services are generally funded through such commissions, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

This commission does not increase the fees students pay to the institutions.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: Any service fees charged directly by Student Consultants (for example, for immigration consultation, English classes, document assistance) are payable in full at the time of engagement.
  • Visa Processing Fees: All visa processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Our service fees are strictly non-refundable, even if the admission or visa application is unsuccessful or withdrawn.

Payments must be made using approved methods as displayed on our website or communicated during the service engagement process.

5. Refund Policy

  • Admissions Services: Refunds related to tuition fees paid to educational institutions are subject to the respective institution’s refund policy. We do not determine or control these policies.
  • Our Fees: Any fees paid to Student Coordinators Pty Ltd, trading as Student Consultants, are non-refundable.
  • Visa Processing Fees: Visa fees payable to the Australian Department of Home Affairs and any associated processing fees are non-refundable.

It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the educational institution’s refund policy before proceeding with any application.

6. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

We strive to provide high-quality admissions and visa assistance; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Admission into any College or University;
  • Approval of any visa application.

All admissions are subject to the sole discretion of the educational institutions, and visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the Australian Department of Home Affairs. We accept no liability for any adverse outcomes.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
