Understanding these updates is crucial to avoid delays and ensure proper compliance with U.S. regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc Mandatory Interview Location for Nonimmigrant Visas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective September 6, 2025, applicants for nonimmigrant visas must schedule their visa interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate in their country of nationality or residence.
